I went back to my office the other day to drop off something. Went to the sales designers’ office to talk to Lynn, Wein and Keneth. Was talking to Keneth, mainly, about the 2 Hari Rayas. And that guy was rather cute.

Keneth: Why got 2 Hari Raya ah?

Me: One is Puasa one is Haji

Keneth: What’s the difference?

Me: Haji is when people complete their Haj…

Keneth: What’s Haj?

Lynn: (cuts in) that pilgrimage lah!

Me: Yeah, the pilgrimage we have to go on, to Mecca…

Keneth: Is it that black box thing, then got a lot of people one?

Me: (trying very hard not to laugh at him esp after I saw Lynn’s side view and she was also trying very hard to hold back her laughter) Errr, yeah You could say that.

HAHAHAHA. Sorry Keneth! But you sounded damn funny! LOL. Gosh I miss those guys!

I had this conversation with my mum today, when she came home with a bag of stuff. LOL.

Me: What did you buy?

Mummy: Papaya. I wanted to buy spices but the shop got no more.

Me: So you bought papaya instead? How is papaya a substitute for spices??

Mummy: ……No spices, then on the way I bought papaya lah! What a silly question!

In I&E class now. I swear it’s really a waste of time. As always. Hai. And I’m hungry. ): Someone buy food for me leh. HEHE. Got some entreprenuership talk later.

Had an aweome past 2 nights. Came home about 10.30pm each. Last night went to chill at cousin’s place. Watched Sex and the City, then had dinner, then played Wii!! Caught up a bit in between. Haha. I had a lot of fun. Thanks cousins!

Went for dinner with Wein (colleague) on Tues night. Met him at Bugis after his work. We ate at Sake Sushi. He bought me dinner. (: Chatted a lot. Wanted to go watch Paranormal Activity after dinner, but the show was too late. Meh. ): So in the end he sent me home in a cab then went off. HEH HEHZ. THANKS BOY. We will go out again when you’re not so busy yeah.

Ngee Ann Poly seriously doubts the intelligence of the engineering students. The other day, Kandace and I went to canteen 4 (the canteen at the engineering block) for lunch. And guess what they were playing on TV. Okto channel which was like showing cartoons. Rather toturous to have to eat through the squeaky voices that went “the alligator’s coming! we gotta move faster!” and “i’m so glad the alligator’s found a new friend! bye bye alligator!” LOLOL. WTF. We quickly ate our lunch and escaped from the canteen. OMG.

Today’s the first Saturday in 7 weeks I didn’t have to wake up and go to work. Kinda felt a pang of sadness as I left the office for the last time last night. The past week had been awesome. More relaxed, more fun. On Thursday I had lunch for the first time in 7 weeks with the 2 guys who have the same lunch break as me. Lol. Then yesterday was a partayyye. They had a farewell lunch for me, (but decided to keep wishing me happy birthday. Wth.) We ordered 4 pizzas and 7 boxes of sides from Canadian Pizza. Total bill was like $84+. Haha. Sam (marketing director), Yilin (admin), Shirley, Chester, Thackarey (3D/2D/ AutoCAD people), Michael (project head), Ambrose, Wein, Jay, Dewey, Lynn (sales designers) were all there. It was awesome. Sadly Raymond (design director), Keneth (sales designer) and Jeffrey (MD) were all away.

Didn’t do much work yesterday, except follow up on getting some business cards printed, update the Facebook page. Mostly tried to spend time with the rest. Chit chatted, took some photos, played my role as “coffee girl” for the last time, took care of the hamster for the last time. ):

I will miss the times we used to have random Macs delivery, the times we MSN-ed though we were in the same office, the music, the singing along, the chats, and the daily teabreaks! Hai…

I was so touched when Yilin gave me a gift, when they all wished me good luck, asked me to come back visit, when they said they’d miss me and I had been something to them….Sigh. I really didn’t wanna leave. But I’ll definitely be back there! Looking forward to seeing them again.

Okay, time to figure out how I’m gonna upload the many many many photos of the company’s projects onto our facebook group page and then write report on internship. Bye.

Cos while everyone one else is just waiting for internship to end, she doesn’t want it to end. She’s about the only retarded person around to actually find it fun! I mean, what can you do when you got an awesome company with awesome fun people, a relaxed environment and a cute little hamster you are so attached to now? LOL.

Went for lunch with Sam (marketing director), and the sales designers today. Ambrose, Wein, Jay, Dewey. Sam wanted to buy me lunch but due to some stuff I ended up paying for my own. Hahaha. Oh well. Anyway it was a good day today. Slack, chit-chatted with the other staff.

Then at night Amanda and Intan came over to my office. Showed them around, then went to Fika for dinner! This yummy new Swedish cafe at Beach Road. Great day. Haha.
